Personal Training

Personal training is the heart of what we do at reFORM Studio. We approach every client individually, sit down with you to do a preliminary fitness assessment and learn about your goals before tailoring a program for you. At reFORM Studio, you will receive the coaching, motivation and accountability that you need in order to achieve your own individual goals in a private and comfortable environment.

We offer personal training programs from a minimum of 3 months to 12 months or longer, depending on your goals and commitment level. Most clients meet us 2-4 times per week, and training sessions are typically 30 minutes long, though in special cases we may train for 45 or 60 minutes. With every personal training program we begin, we will include cardiovascular workouts for you to complete on your own, as well as nutritional planning and coaching to help you restructure your lifestyle and habits while we reform your body with resistance and metabolic training.

Our personal training programs can be designed for many goals, including: weight loss, strength gains, reduce medications, reduce risk of chronic diseases, reduce risk of injury from exercise, body image concerns, athletic goals, reduce low energy and trouble sleeping, and pre-natal and post-natal care.

Small Groups

Semi-Personal Training

For those who need someone else to hold them accountable in their day to day life, or who are working under a tighter budget and enjoy the social aspects of working out with 1 or 2 other people, we offer Semi-Private Personal Training packages.

Time and time again the methods at reFORM Studios have proven to produce results and help our clients improve their strength, cardiovascular health, fat loss and overall fitness that improves their lives outside of the gym.

Semi-Private personal training packages will be similar to our private personal training, in that we will structure your resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and nutrition, but you get to share the workout sessions at our studio in small groups of 2-4 people, and enjoy a reduced rate for your personal training.

Semi-private personal training may not be the appropriate solution for everyone however. It works best if you have a fairly regular schedule and can take instruction and learn proper form for the various exercises quickly, and if you prefer a more social workout environment and want to make a few friends while working towards your goals. We can determine at your assessment if this arrangement will be the best approach for you both.


Lose Weight

Weight loss can be hard, don’t do it on your own. You will our full advise and workout routines to meet your goals and along with a nutritional plan we have your back.

Strength Training

Along with toning your muscles and building those bulging biceps and washboard abs, Resistance Training will also protect your joints from injury, help to build and maintain flexibility & balance, and help to burn off and keep off unwanted fat.

Cardio Tennis
